📦 How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Find Your Order Number

Your order number can be found in:

• Confirmation email: Check the email we sent you immediately after your purchase (subject: "Order Confirmation")
• Your account: If you created an account, log in and go to "Order History"
• SMS notification: If you provided a phone number at checkout

Example: Your order number looks like this: #1001

Step 2: Access Your Order Status

You have two options to track your order:

Option A - Click the tracking link
In your confirmation or shipping email, click on the "Track your order" button. This will take you directly to your order status page.

Option B - Log in to your account
If you have an account with us, log in here and view all your orders and their current status.

Step 3: View Real-Time Updates

Once on your order status page, you'll see:

• Current status of your order
• Tracking number (once shipped)
• Estimated delivery date
• Real-time location on a map (for supported carriers)

📍 Understanding Order Statuses

✓ Confirmed - We've received your order and payment. We're preparing your items for shipment.

📦 Processing - Your order is being carefully picked and packed in our warehouse.

🚚 Shipped / On its way - Your package is on its way! You'll receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

🏠 Out for delivery - Great news! Your package is in your area and will be delivered today.

✅ Delivered - Your order has been successfully delivered. Enjoy your purchase!

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

• Spain (Mainland): 2-4 business days
• Balearic & Canary Islands: 4-6 business days
• Europe: 5-7 business days
• International: 7-14 business days

Note: Tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped.
