How can I track my order?
There are several ways to check the status of your order:
1. Check your email
When you placed your order, we sent you a confirmation email with a direct link to track your shipment. Look in your inbox for an email from MAISON MARBELLA with the subject "Order Confirmation".
2. Access your account
If you have an account in our store:
- Log in to your account
- You will see all your orders with their current status.
- Click on any order to view tracking details
3. Don't you have an account?
Don't worry. You can check your order using:
- Your order number (you'll find it in the confirmation email)
- Your email address or phone number
